Yoga Classes
I've developed this core sequence teaching in the West over 16 years. It is an adaption of the Sivananda system including some postures from the Iyengar system. The way I position the core routine after meditation and a warm up routine and before a relaxation phase is highly influenced by the Satyananda of Bihar tradition of Yoga.

I improvise on the theme each week adding new postures or variants but we do stick to the essential balance of the routine each week.
