In classical yoga traditions in India these more advanced poses would be classified as intermediate. There do require an above average elasticity, balance and wrist strength but are entirely possible with regular yoga practise for average build students. Once you have a core routine established you can inject these poses where suitable. For example the Crow is a good transition from standing to sitting poses. The bow is a variation of the bridge. The two legged forward bend goes really well as the last sitting pose before the back bends and the head stand is good at the end followed by the child pose.
