You are welcome to any of my Yoga classes and you do not need to pre-book, although you are most welcome to contact me beforehand. I provide a few spare mats for newcomers who wish to have a go and see how they like it. All my classes are mixed ability, and you do not need any previous experience or unusual flexiblity.

Please note. This class is not suitable if you are pregnant. We can work one to one or you need a pregnancy yoga class

Yoga in Warrington

Stephen was trained in Hatha Yoga for 15 years by a teacher called Maha Mai who was authorised to teach by Satyandanda Saraswati of Bihar. Maha Mai authorised Stephen to teach after 13 years around year 2000. Stephen later got a formal teaching certificate qualification through a one month residential with the Sivananda School of Yoga.

I am now offering yoga live in Culcheth Methodist Hall on Tuesday nights, and on zoom on Thursday nights, both at the same time 8-9.30pm to suit your needs as we transition out of the pandemic.

Your first online class is free with no commitment to give you a chance to try yoga online. Simply text/message or even better What's App me your mobile and I'll add you to our Whats App group and send you the link.

It easiest if you download both zoom and What's App to your viewing device (mobile phone/ipad/laptop)so you can just click on the link. I send out the link at 7.30pm on a Tuesday for 8pm start.

If you want to continue online I send you my bank details and students pay by bank transfer. As in the hall the classes are £5 or £20 or 5 classes and you can pay individually or for a block. It doesn't matter if you miss a class. You still get your five classes. I use zoom register to remind you when you've had your five classes.
